Sensitive Skin Gentle Exfoliant


  • ½ cup cornmeal

  • ¼ cup milk

  • 2 teaspoons baking soda

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 5 drops of tea-tree oil 


  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl

  2. Shower

  3. Apply handfuls of exfoliant to body in shower

  4. Scrub gently using circular motions all over body

  5. Rinse 

Brown Sugar Body Scrub Exfoliant (for all skin types)


  • ½ cup of brown sugar

  • 1 tablespoon of orange juice

  • 1 tablespoon of vitamin E oil 


  1. Mix brown sugar, orange oil or juice, and vitamin E oil in a bowl

  2. Shower

  3. Take a handful of mixed ingredients and scrub in a gentle circular motion

  4. Rinse off and apply a moisturising lotion to re-hydrate skin
